Consulting that ends

The measure of a good engagement is that you stop needing it. Everything we build is documented, handed over, and owned by your team when we leave.

Who we work with

Owner-operated businesses that have grown past the point where one person can hold the whole operation in their head. Usually that means a team of five to fifty, a few years of history, and a founder who is still doing three jobs.

At that size the problems are rarely strategic. They are practical: the handoff between sales and delivery drops things, nobody knows which jobs made money, the best employee is a single point of failure, and every fix competes with the actual work for attention.

How we work

We stay close to the floor. That means sitting with the people doing the work, following real jobs end to end, and understanding the workarounds your team invented before proposing anything. The workaround is usually a clue.

Recommendations are scoped small on purpose. A change your team can absorb this month beats a transformation plan that stalls in week three. We would rather fix one bottleneck completely than diagnose eight and resolve none.

And we write things down. Not a bound report — checklists, one-page procedures, and dashboards that stay current on their own. If it only works while we are in the room, it does not work.

What we will tell you

If the problem is outside what we do well, we will say so in the first conversation and point you toward someone better suited. If we think a project is not worth what it would cost you, we will say that too. An engagement that should not have happened is bad for both of us.

Where we are

Based in [City, State], working with clients on site locally and remotely elsewhere. For engagements that need floor time, travel is arranged as part of the scope.

Worth a conversation?

The first one is free, and you will leave it with at least one thing to try regardless.
